Victor Harris Commercial, Associate Architect, is the highly talented S.Ilan Director with Architecture and Design Practice based in North London providing Architecture and Interior Design services to clients in the UK and Overseas. Its design service is enhanced by other services such as product design, art consultancy and customised solutions for internal and external features.
SIAW offers a flexible approach to projects ranging from new build to existing buildings, remodulation and refurbishment in traditional or contemporary styles. Sectors covered are hotel, public, residential, office, commercial and industrial developments. Environmental and sustainability options are offered.
Each project is personally led by one of the Directors alongside a design team. SIAW provides CAD drawings (hand-drawn or digitally produced) and coloured presentations are also offered to enhance a client’s visualisation of design solutions. SIAW works closely with the client to ensure their aspirations and style are fully discussed, respected and implemented. Financial aspects of a project are closely monitored throughout to ensure cost efficiency and budget control.

The above stages may require SIAW’s coordination with relevant consultants such as Project Director, Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. In addition, Landscape Design can be provided for hard landscaping, or in coordination with a nominated Landscape Architect.
